Create Extended DOS
Partition
FDISK will present you with the option
to choose how much space you want to allocate to an
Extended DOS Partition provided there is enough free
space on the drive to create one.
Once you have entered the amount of
free space you would like to allocate to an Extended
Partition, press [ENTER].
FDISK then presents you with a screen
showing the new partition.
